Slots Capital Casino

Last Updated: December 12, 2022

Slots Capital is a long-standing online casino owned by a trusted operator. Deckmedia NV owns some very popular sites other than Slots Capital, and it’s licensed by the Gaming Control Board of Curacao.

The site features lots of generous welcome bonuses, a strong VIP program with cashback and birthday bonuses, plus many ways to deposit and withdraw.

It recently added a bunch of cryptocurrency options, so it’s now a crypto casino, too. That all sounds good so far. But did Slots Capital stand up to our crypto casino experts’ detailed assessment?

Read on to find out!

Quick facts

  • Gaming license: Curacao Gaming Control Board
  • Launched: 2012
  • Operated by: DeckMedia NV
  • Cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin, Litecoin, Dogecoin, Ethereum, Tether, Ripple
  • Welcome Bonus: Yes, lots of options
  • Loyalty program: Yes
  • Number of game developers: 2

Design and functions

Slot’s Capital’s website is OK. It’s nothing fantastic, but it does the job. Unlike many modern cryptocurrency casinos, you won’t find everything displayed on one page here.

For example, you’ll only see a few games previewed on the main page, with no information about them or ways to sort them. To view the full collection on offer, you need to create an account, log in, and head to the games page.

Slots Capital uses a simple red and black color scheme, which is nice and easy on the eye.

The first thing you’ll see on the homepage is a massive advert for the casino’s generous welcome offer.

Under that, you’ll find a small selection of slot titles previewed and then some info about banking methods. At the bottom of the page is the customer support info. Then, you’ll see the footer with all the site links and nuts and bolts like the T&Cs.

Slots Capital’s site does run on mobile, as do all its games. It works, but we found a couple of features from the desktop version were hard to access on mobile.

Overall, Slots Capital’s site is not a bad effort at all. However, without features like collapsing side menus and expanding game previews, the design feels a little bit dated.

Slots Capital game selection

Slots Capital offers just that – lots of slots (around 250 of them, to be precise). However, don’t expect any of those to be slots that you’ll recognize.

There are only three developers on the books at Slots Capital – Rival Gaming, Betsoft, and Dragon Gaming. Yes, they’re good-quality slot games. But how can the company call itself Slots Capital when it only features two developers?

That’s not a great start.

But if you discount the disappointment of the site not living up to its name, this is still an OK collection. You’ll find the following types of casino games on offer here:

  • 3-reel slots
  • Jackpot slots
  • Virtual table games
  • Scratchcard games
  • Video poker
  • Classic fruity slots

Bonus round and extra feature slots

The games selected for preview by Slots Capital include Battle of Rome, Mythic Wolf, Destiny Wild, and Reels and Reels.

Notice there’s no live casino at Slots Capital, which is always a disappointment. Hopefully, they’ll add that section soon – although they’ve been around since 2012, so don’t get your hopes up.

You can also download Slots Capital casino if you want. This shows just how out of date this site is in some aspects. Personally, we wouldn’t bother downloading it – you don’t need to, and it definitely doesn’t make things more efficient.

Bonuses and promotions

Slots Capital offers loads of bonuses, including one with no deposit needed!

For starters, you can get:

  • $7 cash bonus with no deposit needed
  • $100 bonus cash or 277% matched up to $277 with your first deposit
  • 250% match up to $250 on your second deposit
  • 400% matched up to $400 on your third deposit
  • Friday reload bonuses

That’s a lot of bonus cash available, plus $7 for free!

However (and this is a big however), the bonuses at Slots Capital don’t carry great terms.

For example, let’s take the $7 no-deposit bonus.

If you win on this, not only will you face a 40x wagering requirement, but you won’t be able to use your winning funds to clear this playthrough.

You need to deposit more funds and then use that real money to clear the bonus. Not really a no-deposit bonus, is it?

There’s also a fairly high 60x wagering requirement on the $100 bonus cash for your first deposit. With a maximum $10 wager on all bonus cash, you’ll be playing for a while to work through that!

Yes, there might be value to be had here, but it’ll take you a while to get to it.

Slots Capital also doesn’t feature a dedicated page for its bonus terms. Instead, we had to delve through the full Terms & Conditions to find them – not good!

Loyalty program

Slots Capital offers a loyalty system where you collect points by wagering. Those points can be exchanged for cash at a rate of 1,000 to $1.

You also get weekly cashback that scales based on your account level. These account levels are:

  • Special
  • Gold
  • Diamond
  • Platinum

At the diamond level, you collect points at a ratio of eight to every $1 spent and 20% cashback. From Gold level and above, you even get a birthday bonus going up to $100 each year!

All the bonus cash claimed from the loyalty system comes with a 1x wagering requirement and maximum win. This is surprisingly good compared to the other bonus terms at Slots Capital.

The weekly cashback bonuses carry a 25x playthrough and a maximum cashout of 25x as well.

Payment methods

Slots Capital boasts a good range of payment options for both cryptocurrency and currency players. You can deposit with:

  • VISA
  • MasterCard
  • Bitcoin
  • Litecoin
  • Nedbank
  • BitcoinCash
  • Skrill
  • Neteller
  • EcoPayz
  • Bank Transfer
  • Check

That’s some list! All these methods are free for deposits, which is also great. Withdrawals are free here, too – but only if you wager your deposit at least once.

The only thing is – there’s a 48-72-hour pending period on all withdrawals, even cryptocurrencies!

Moreover, Slots Capital makes crypto customers submit identity documentation, which defeats the point of playing at a Curacao-licensed crypto casino in the first place, right?

So, yes. Slots Capital offers cryptocurrency casino gaming. But it doesn’t seem to respect the core ideal of cryptocurrencies – speed and anonymity. Without those two, what’s the point?

Customer service

Slots Capital features a 24-hour live chat available seven days a week. That’s as good as you could want from an international cryptocurrency casino.

Our experience of the chat during our review was fine. The friendly agent answered our question quickly and efficiently.

You can also “write us,” as their website says, via email at support@slotscapital.lv.

We didn’t try this one out, but if the email support is as good as the live chat, you should be fine.

Slots Capital’s customer support section features a header for its phone number, but the section was blank at the time of our review.

There’s also a fairly extensive FAQ section, which could answer any or all of your questions before you need to contact support. Give it a go!

Summary

Rare games from small providers

  • Loads of payment options
  • Variety of welcome bonuses
  • Asks crypto players for ID documents
  • Some hidden bonus terms

Slots Capital is a decent online casino with loads of welcome bonuses, an extensive VIP program, and lots of international payment methods, including crypto.

It offers a unique range of online casino games, focusing mainly on slots. You’ll find some games here you probably won’t see anywhere else!

However, there aren’t as many games or different developers as you’ll find on other similar sites. In fact, if you’re looking for well-known games and developers, this isn’t the site for you.

On the other hand, Slots Capital’s bonuses are cool. They include a no-deposit bonus and a massive $100 bonus cash on your first deposit.

But if you go looking into the bonus terms, things take a turn for the worse.

We found that the bonuses here, with one or two exceptions, carry quite high wagering requirements, plus other hidden clauses that aren’t clearly displayed on the promotions page!

Yes, there might be value here. But we can’t fully rate a bonus that tries to hide things from you at the start.

Slots Capital also asks crypto players for identification and documentation on withdrawals and makes them wait 72 hours for withdrawals. This just isn’t the crypto way, and considering you can get instant withdrawals elsewhere, it’s hard for us to overlook this.

Overall, Slots Capital still isn’t a terrible casino site by any means. The bonuses have potential, and the customer service is good. However, with all the downsides, there are proba
